CONSTITUTION:Two opposite sides are set as a measurement place in the incubation land 4, a speaker 6 which generates the sound wave S is installed on one side, and a microphone 8 which receives the sound wave S is installed on the other. The microphone 8 converts the sound wave into a received signal Vgamma, which is amplified and waveform-shaped by a reception part 14 and compared by a phase detection part 16 with an oscillation signal VS applied from an amplification part 12 through a control part 18 to generate their phase difference phi.
