Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent unpleasant feeling caused by the temp. difference between supply air and exhaust air and dew condensation from occurring by a method wherein all partition plates and space plates forming a heat exchanger or at least the space plates at the side through which the supply air passes are composed of face exothermic paper generating heat with power conduction. CONSTITUTION:In a crossflow type total heat exchanger 1, at least space plates 3 through which supply air A passes are composed of face exothermic paper generating heat with power conduction and by making the temp. difference between the supply air A and exhaust air B smaller, the generation of dew condensation can be prevented and as the air A supplied into a room is supplied in bringing the temp. of the air A closer to room temp., unpleasant feeling caused by the temp. difference can be removed. It is not necessary to install a special heater, etc., as before and consequently construction cost can be reduced and because of the small volume of a total heat exchanging type ventilating apparatus, the cost of the apparatus can be reduced.
