A rocker arm 4 is set up in a hole 2 of the cylinder head 1, and a cam 7 projectingly installed in a crankshaft 6 and a rocker arm 4 are connected to each other through a rod 11. The valve 15 is regularly opened or closed according to rotation of the crankshaft 6 via the rod 11 and the rocker arm 4. With this constitution, residual quantity of exhaust gas is reduced and the extent of combustion efficiency is thus improvable.
