Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and disconnected brazing on anode vanes and anode straps by setting the axial length of the anode vane pressing region of a pin to 50-70% of the axial length of the anode vane. CONSTITUTION:The axial length A of the columnar region 7a pressed to the anode vanes 2a, 2b, 2c... of a pin 7 for temporary assembly is set to the value equivalent to 50-70% of the axial length of the anode vane. The pin 7 formed with a hard high-melting point material such as ceramic or iron as a raw material has a smooth surface and presses a group of anode vanes 2a, 2b... to the anode cylinder 1 side during the brazing process. The press-fitting and removal of the pin 7 can be facilitated while hardly impairing the contact property between a group of anode vanes and the anode cylinder 1, and the press-fitting and removal of the pin 7 can be facilitated, and the deformation and disconnected brazing of the anode vanes and anode straps 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b generated during these works can be remarkably decreased.
