Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a blade part from cracking and distortion upon coupling by sandwiching the part between the contact surfaces of divided discs.
CONSTITUTION: A disc part 1 is divided in two. A blade part 2 and these division discs 1 are coupled through heating while pressure is applied to the contact surfaces of the blade 2 and discs 1 with the blade 2 sandwiched between the discs 1. Thereby, bending stress is prevented from working on the blade 2 and a blade ring portion is prevented from distortion and cracking although a large load is applied axially.
