Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the formation of an oxide-based film having superior superconductive characteristics by dissolving or dispersing carboxylates of Mg, Ca, Sr or Ba, Sc, Y or lanthanoid, and Cu in an org. solvent in the presence of an oxidizing agent. CONSTITUTION:Carboxylates of one or more among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba belonging to the group IIa are mixed with carboxylates of one or more among Sc, Y and lanthanoids belonging to the group IIIa and Cu carboxylate. The mixture is homogeneously dissolved, dispersed or suspended in an org. solvent such as ethanol in the presence of an oxidizing agent such as H2O2 to prepare a coating agent. When the coating agent is used, a superconductive film having a high critical temp., a narrow transition range and a high critical current density can easily be formed.
