Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hydraulic molded material whose form and strength are favorable by performing dehydration of a molding material and filling into a mold cavity reliably, by a method wherein a bottom force is comprised of a calcined porous body of ceramic powder, a vacuum suction device for dehydrating is provided on the outside of the bottom force and a rubber press member pressing the molding material is provided on the inside of a top force. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force 12 is constituted of a calcined porous body of ceramic powder. Therefore, favorable water permeability and gas permeability are secured extending over the whole of the force under a state where mold strength of the bottom force 12 is secured, every nook and corner of the inside of a mold cavity 15 can be filled completely with the molding material by performing either uniform dehydration extending over the whole of the molding material of the inside of the mold cavity 15 or uniform suction through the outside of the bottom force 12 extending over the whole of the molding material. Pressing force with a rubber press member 20 is extended uniformly over the whole of the molding material, and the dehydration and filling of the molding material of the inside of the mold cavity 15 can be accelerated far reliably. Molding of a deep draw molded material can be performed easily further through the uniform dehydration and pressing force.
