Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase durability and miniaturize a device lightening the weight, by bonding a superconducting unit on the surface of a flexibly oscillating section, and by providing a loopy section worked as a moving unit with another superconducting unit. CONSTITUTION:A rotary type motor is composed of a rotary moving unit 1 with a superconducting unit 11 which is set in the shape of a wave-like ring in a rotary plate 1A made of a substance for permitting the magnetic field of resin or the like to pass through, and an oscillating unit 2 having the projected sections 23 of superconducting unit sections arranged confronted with said superconducting unit 11. To the oscillating unit 2, two piezoelectric ceramic plates 3A-3B are bonded, and electrodes 3A1-3B1 are arranged; and to the respective ones, AC voltage with phases different from each other by 90 degrees is applied. Besides, the ceramic plates 3A-3B are supported by the bearing section 4A of a bearer 4. Then, permanent current is permitted to flow to the moving unit 1 to generate the magnetic field, and the moving unit 1 is set in a non-contact state with a magnetic repulsion due to the Meissner effect of the superconducting unit 11 bonded on the surface of a flexibly oscillating section, and is driven.
