Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor in a PM type motor high in fixing force of a magnet to a yoke, by sticking a permanent magnet with projection covered with fluorine-containing resin to a grooved yoke. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 1 is composed of rare earth or ferrous magnetic powder added with 3% of thermosetting resin and kneaded, moulded and cured which is then covered with 10mum of a fluorine-containing resin. A shaft 3 is driven into a grooved yoke 2 matched with the projections of the magnet 1. The epoxy resin adhesive is spread and inserted into the magnet 1, which is then cured for an hour at 150 deg.C to obtain a rotor. Thus, a rare earth ferrous magnet covered with fluorine-containing resin thereby comes to be used as a magnet for rotor of a motor and a motor in low cost and with high performance will be made available.
