- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定光を受光素子に入射してその光量を
測定する光パワーメータにおいて、受光素子の出
力電流を電圧に変換する電流電圧変換回路と、こ
の電流電圧変換回路のオフセツト電圧の温度係数
を０にする第１の調整手段と、受光素子のバイア
ス電圧を０にする第２の調整手段とを備えたこと
を特徴とする光パワーメータ。 (2) 電流電圧変換回路が差動増幅器を備え、差
動増幅器のオフセツト電圧調整用抵抗を第１の調
整手段とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の光パワーメータ。 (3) 第２の調整手段を演算増幅器の入力と直列
に直流電圧源を印加することにより構成した実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光パワーメータ
