- セラミツク湿度センサを駆動する交流信号発振
回路の出力を、前記湿度センサを接続した湿度−
電圧または電流変換回路に接続し、該変換回路の
出力を一点または二点の折れ点を有する折線近似
回路の入力に接続し、該折線近似回路の出力信号
を測定湿度を表わす信号としたことを特徴とする
湿度測定回路。
