Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize triboelectrifying property by incorporating a positively electrifying toner composition containing a suspended polymerized styrene- butadiene polymer and a specific carrier particle. CONSTITUTION: This developer composition contains the toner composition containing the suspended polymerized styrene-butadiene resin, a pigment particle and an electrification accelerating additive and the carrier component composed of a carrier core having a coating containing a polymer mixture containing 10-90wt.% 1st polymer and 90-10wt.% 2nd polymer. And the 1st polymer is not approximate to the 2nd polymer in triboelectrification series. As a result, the developer having stable triboelectrifying property is obtained.
