Claims (1)
- 孔付き部材の孔に微小球状レンズを固定し、光
軸が孔及び該レンズの中心を通るように構成した
光学装置において、前記レンズを孔付き治具と前
記孔とで挟持させ、その治具の足を前記部材に固
定することによつて、治具ごと該レンズを固定せ
しめたことを特徴とする微小球状レンズを用いた
光学装置。
