号において提案した電磁切換弁の断面図である。 図において、３０は電磁切換弁、３２はステー
タ、３５は流路、３６は電磁コイル、３８は弁座
、４０は第２のスプリング、４１は位置決め手段
として作用するリテーナ、４２はアーマチユア、
４３は可動弁体、４５は第１のスプリングを示す
。なお、各図において、同一の番号は同一または
相当の要素を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電磁力によつて２つの弁の位置に切換えられる
    電磁切換弁であつて、 電磁コイルに囲繞され、内部に軸方向に延びる
    流路を有するステータと、 前記ステータの流路内に位置し、その外周部が
    前記ステータに対して液密を保つた状態でこの流
    路内を摺動自在に設けられ、かつそれ自体の内部
    に流路を有している弁座と、 前記弁座に当接して流路を閉じる閉弁位置と、
    前記弁座から離れて流路を開く開弁位置との間を
    移動可能に設けられた可動弁体と、 前記可動弁体とともに移動するように設けられ
    、給電時には電磁力によつて前記ステータに近づ
    く方向に吸引されるアーマチユアと、 前記アーマチユアを前記ステータから遠ざける
    方向に付勢する第１のスプリングと、 前記弁座を前記可動弁体に近づける方向に付勢
    する第２のスプリングと、 前記ステータに固定され、非給電状態において
    前記第２のスプリングによつて付勢された前記弁
    座を当接せしめ、それによつてこの弁座の位置決
    めをする位置決め手段と、 を備え、 給電時に前記可動弁体が前記弁座に当接するま
    での移動距離は、前記アーマチユアが前記ステー
    タに吸引されて移動する距離よりも少さくされて
    いる、電磁切換弁。
