CONSTITUTION:The matrix metal such as a cold rolled steel plate, etc., is degreased and the Zn-Al alloy layer contg. 0.5-50% Al and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities is thereafter formed thereon. The plating layer of the Zn-Ti alloy contg. 0.5-20% Ti and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities is furthermore coated thereon. Said composite plated products have excellent corrosion resistance in a bare state as well as after painting and harre excellent chemical conversion treatability. The workability and mechanical characteristics become excellent at the time of forming both alloy layers particularly by vapor deposition plating.
