Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability by providing a heating plate in which a resistance layer, a photosensitive layer and a transparent conductive layer are laminated onto an ink sheet in succession, a means applying voltage between the resistance layer and the transparent conductive layer and an exposure means selectively irradiating the transparent conductive layer with light. CONSTITUTION:With a heating plate 5, a conductive layer 1, a resistance layer 2, a photosensitive layer 3 composed of a photosensitive substance such as selenium, and a transparent conductive layer 4 consisting of conductive glass are shaped in order from a lower section on the side being in contact with an ink sheet S. The ink sheet 6 is superposed onto a recording paper S, the heating plate 5 is placed onto the ink sheet 6 while the conductive layer 1 is directed downward, and voltage is applied previously between the resistance layer 2 and the transparent conductive layer 4 by a voltage applying means. When the transparent conductive layer 4 is irradiated selectively with light from a light control section 7 as an exposure means selectively applying light, only a section irradiated with light Li is heat-generated, the heat is transmitted over the ink sheet 6, and ink is melted and ink is transferred onto the recording paper S. Accordingly, mechanical sliding sections such as recording paper, the ink sheet, etc., can be extremely reduced, thus improving the reliability of a device.
