Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce Faraday cage effect and to contrive coating having uniform thickness and to prevent coating efficiency from being lowered by covering the sharp end part of a hanging hardware with an insulator excepting the part brought into contact with a material to be coated, in the hanging hardware for supporting the material to be coated on the sharp end part. CONSTITUTION:In a hanging hardware 1 for supporting a material 4 to be coated on the sharp end part 1a, this sharp end part 1a is coated with an insulator excepting the part contacted with the material 4 to be coated. In other words, this part is electrified at the same polarity as a coating gun 5 and made to an auxiliary electrode and an auxiliary electric field is formed in the vicinity of the periphery of the contact part of both the sharp end part 1a of the hanging hardware 1 and the material 4 to be coated, and an uncoated part is prevented from being formed in the peripheral part of the contact part and the material 4 is coated at uniform thickness and both covering power properties and infiltrating properties are improved and coating efficiency is improved.
