CONSTITUTION:One piece each of optical fibers 20 of a multicore is set to each of V-grooves 4 which are recessed and provided at a prescribed pitch on the upper end face of a rise part 3 of both sides of a recessed part 2 of a base body 1 and are shallower than the diameter of the optical fiber, and each tip of each optical fiber 20 is butted.
