CONSTITUTION:A temperature compensation bias circuit 21 which applies the bias on a detecting circuit 5 by split resistors R1 and R2, and corrects the non-linear operation of the detecting circuit (detecting diode)5 to a linear operation is provided at the front and the rear of the detecting circuit 5. Therefore, fluctuation due to a temperature characteristic of each circuit can be absorbed, and the fluctuation in the temperature of the output of the detecting circuit 5 can be reduced, then, the transmission power can be stabilized at the time of lowering the transmission power. In such a way, it is possible to perform stable temperature compensation under the wide range of temperature condition.
