Abstract
PURPOSE: To automatically thread a screw with a work material while forcibly removing the screw from a band by forming an inner wall of a cylinder and a seal ring so as to slide-contact with each other, forming an outer wall of an air motor and a sealing so as to slide-contact with each other, and providing a motor portion freely to be moved in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A trigger 14 is pulled so as to introduce the compressed air inside of an air reservoir chamber 11 into a space, which is surrounded by an outer wall of a motor portion 19 and an inner wall of a cylinder 23 and of which upper and lower parts are sealed by sealing 31, 25, through an intake passage 12, and the air is taken from an intake hole 32 of the motor portion 19, and an air motor 17 is driven so as to rotate a bit 1. At the same time, the compressed air is introduced into a head space 38 through passages 26, 29, and the motor portion 19 is descended along a vertical groove 38 through a steel ball 35 while compressing a spring 6. A bit 1 is lowered while rotated, and a screw 3 is pushed down by a tip of the bit 1 so as to be removed from a press down band 9, and the screw 3 is threaded with an wood material 7 and a steel plate 10 in order so as to screw the wood material 7 to the steel plate.
