Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for independent manpower and driving power for oiling by making use of the pressing force of an upper die for the driving power source for ejection of lubricating oil at the time of supplying lubricating oil to die surfaces and material surfaces in a press device consisting of upper and lower dies.
CONSTITUTION: An oiling device 10 supplying lubricating oil to press die surfaces is composed of a pressing part 12 provided to a movable upper die 11 and a cylinder device 14 provided to a stationary lower die 13. When the upper die 11 is lowered by operating the press, the receesed part 50 of the bottom end 49 of a rod 47 fits to the circular conical surface provided to the end part 51 of the piston rod 21 of the cylinder device 14, thus pressing the piston rod 21 downward together with a piston 20. The oil in the cylinder chamber 18 of the cylinder device 14 is compressed by the piston 20, and forces up the valve disc of a valve body 25 against the force of a spring 40, thence the oil passes an oil passage B1, and further pushes up the valve disc of a check valve 52. The oil is then conducted from the oil passage B3 to a lubricating passage 58 and is ejected from the nozzle 17a of a distributing valve 17 to the die surfaces.
