Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a film of a high strength with a high attachment degree by mixing Y-Ba-O powders and Cu powders to prepare material powders, forming a film by flame coating these on the surface of base material, heating obtained material at predetermined temperature for a predetermined time, and cooling it at a predetermined speed. CONSTITUTION:Material powders are prepared consisting of mixture of Y-Ba-O powders and Cu powders mixed in a mol ratio of 1 to 1. Next the material powders are flame coated on the surface of base material 2 by means of, for example, a plasma flame coating device 1. A film 3 is thus formed consisting of Y-Ba-O grains 9 and Cu grains 10 on the surface of the base material 2. Next, obtained material 8 consisting of the base material 2 and the film 3 is heated to be at temperatures of 500-950 deg.C for at least 10min., and then it is cooled at a speed of less than 20 deg.C/min. Cu in the film 3 is diffused in Y-Ba-O by this, and the film 3 is changed into superconductive material consisting of Y-Ba-Cu-O.
