Claims (1)
- ベース部上に第１のリードフレームがガラス溶
着され、該第１のリードフレーム上に中間のベー
ス部がガラス溶着され、該中間のベース部上に第
２のリードフレームがガラス溶着され、ペレツト
が取付けられ、該ペレツトの各ボンデイングパツ
ドと対応する上記第１、第２のリードフレームの
インナーリードがワイヤボンドされた後、上記第
２のリードフレーム上にキヤツプ部がガラス溶着
された半導体装置用ガラス封止用パツケージ。
