- 半導体チツプと、前記半導体チツプを面上に載
置し固着する台座のみから成る半導体チツプ載置
部と、内部リードおよび外部リードと、前記内部
リードと半導体チツプのパツド電極間をそれぞれ
接続し保持する複数個のボンデイング・ワイヤと
、前記半導体チツプを半導体チツプ載置部、内部
リードおよびボンデイング・ワイヤと共に被覆保
護する封止樹脂とから成ることを特徴とする樹脂
封止型半導体装置。
