- アイランドと、前記アイランドの周囲の前記ア
イランドと同一平面に配置したリードと、前記ア
イランドの上に搭載した半導体チツプと、前記半
導体チツプと前記リードとの間を電気的に接続す
るボンデイング線とを含む樹脂封止型半導体装置
において、前記アイランドを保持し且つ一部が前
記リードを含む平面と間隙を有して２層構造をな
すＬ字型の支持リードを備えたことを特徴とする
樹脂封止型半導体装置。
