Claims (1)
- 高真空に保たれた描画室と、該描画室の底板上
面に固定されたベースと、該ベース上に移動可能
に載置され且つ材料を保持した移動ステージと、
該移動ステージを互いに直交する２方向に移動さ
せる駆動手段とを備え、前記描画室の底板下面が
真空と接するように真空室を形成したことを特徴
とする荷電粒子線描画装置。
