Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the phase compensation characteristic by connecting a phase compensation capacitor between a collector and a base of a transistor(TR). CONSTITUTION:The base of a TR Q1A is connected to an output terminal of a transconductor amplifier G1A and the emitter of the TR Q1A is connected to a ground potential or a resistor R1A connected to a battery and also connected to an inverting input of the transconductor amplifier G1A. Then a phase compensation capacitor C1A is connected between the collector and base of the TR Q1A and an input voltage vi is fed to a noninverting input of the amplifier G1A to extract an output current io from the collector of the TR Q1A. Thus, the phase compensation characteristic is improved.
