While in the cavity, particulates in the gas are adsorbed on the particulate absorption cavity 3 by the electrostatic effect between the particulates and the inner wall of the particulate adsorption cavity 3. Therefore, comparatively smaller particulates can be eliminated without increasing a pressure loss.
