央部に位置する突出しピン、１０：エジエクタ機
構の突出し板、１３：中央部の突出しピンに対す
る駆動機構、１４：可動駒部材、１５：駆動ばね
、１６：ストツパ部材、Ｓ１：周縁部の突出しピ
ンの突出しストローク量、Ｓ２：中央部の突出し
ピンの突出しストローク量。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 箱形の成形品を対象に、成形品突出し用と
    して金型キヤビテイに向けてその周縁部および中
    央部に複数本の突出しピンを組込んだプラスチツ
    ク成形機において、前記突出しピンのうち周縁部
    に位置する突出しピンをエジエクタ機構の突出し
    板に一括して結合するとともに、中央部に位置す
    る突出しピンをエジエクタ機構と切り離し、かつ
    突出し操作時にピン先端が周縁部の突出ピンより
    前方に突き出ないようにその突出しストロークを
    規制する駆動機構に結合して構成したことを特徴
    とするプラスチツク成形機の突出しピン駆動機構
    。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の突出
    しピン駆動機構において、中央部の突出しピンに
    対する駆動機構が、エジエクタ機構の突出し板の
    背後に位置して該突出し板を貫通した突出しピン
    と結合し合う可動駒部材と、該駒部材を背後から
    ピン突出し方向に付勢する駆動ばねと、駒部材の
    移動ストロークを規制するストツパ部材とから成
    ることを特徴とするプラスチツク成形機の突出し
    ピン駆動機構。
