Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable effective utilization of an exhaust heat, by a method wherein a ceramic battery is disposed in the route of an exhaust heat recovering device to recover heat energy of exhaust gas and in a spot where the temperature of exhaust gas is in a range of temperature suitable for charge discharge reaction of the ceramic battery. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust heat, i.e. heat energy of exhaust gas, generated in a gas turbine 1 is guided to an exhaust heat recovering device 2, and steam generated therein is fed to various demands, e.g. power generation. The exhaust heat recovering device 2 is formed with heaters 3 and 4 of a high temperature part, a high pressure vaporizer 6, a high pressure fuel economizer 6, a high pressure vaporizer 6, a high pressure fuel economizer 7, a low pressure vaporizer 8, a low pressure fuel economizer 9, etc. In this constitution, when a given condition is established, a spot having temperature atmosphere suited to charge discharge reaction of a ceramic battery 5 in the route of the exhaust heat recovering device 2 is present at the intermediate part of the high pressure vaporizer 6. Thus, the ceramic battery 5 is disposed in the spot and given high temperature atmosphere is formed through effective utilization of an exhaust heat.
