Abstract

PURPOSE:To save a space by giving/receiving a magazine between a stocker which laminatedly houses plural magazines and an adjacent elevator through the lifting up/down of the elevator and discharging an empty magazine held by the elevator on its lower part. CONSTITUTION:Filled magazines Mzf in a stacked condition which are fed by means of an unmanned vehicle 1 are temporarily stored in a buffer B via the lifter H of an elevator part E. On the other hand, a stocker S houses plural magazines Mz each for a different type of parts in a laminated condition, and is lifted up/down in accordance with an assembling order to draw out a corresponding magazine Mz onto a draw-out table T10 to feed parts to an assembling part R2 by means of a robot R. When a specified magazine Mz becomes empty, the elevator part E receives a required magazine from the buffer B and lowered to carry out the replacement of the empty magazine Mze with the filled magazine Mzf for the stocker S. And, after replacing, the elevator part E is lowered and loads the empty magazine Mze onto a belt H1 to return it to the unmanned vehicle 1.
