Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering or compression efficiency in the compressor in the caption by forming at least one constitutional part out of a cylinder, roller, vane and bearing portion for constituting a compression element with sintered material and also forming a heat insulation layer by increasing the press-speed during the sintering formation.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary compression element 4 contained within a closed vessel 1 is constituted with a cylinder 8, a roller 10, a vane 13, upper and lower bearings 14, 15, a delivery valve 17 and a cup muffler 18. At least one of them e.g. the upper bearing 14, and the lower bearing 15 are formed with sintered material. And press-speed during pressedly forming the sintered material is increased for raising the crystal density of an outer surface and lowering the inside crystal density and also decreasing the inside thermal conductivity so that a heat insulation layer is formed. In the closed type compressor constituted in this manner, since an adiabatically compressed cooling medium within the cylinder 8 and the heat of the cooling medium discharged into the closed chamber 1 are hard to make mutual movement, lowering of the compression efficiency caused by heated cooling medium flowing into the low pressure chamber in the cylinder 8 is prevented.
