Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve thermal radiative property of the cylinder so as to be able to improve compressor efficiency in such a way that gas density can be prevented to the utmost from the drop due to gas expansion engendered in case where it passes through the high heat part of a compressor mechanism or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A full enclosed type motor-driven compressor adopted a stitch yoke compressor mechanism is constituted by allocating a compressor mechanism 3 at the upper part and a motor driven part at the lower part taking the center at a frame 1. The compressor mechanism 3 is constituted by housing a piston 3b which oncorporates a slider 3a inserted into a pin part 4a of a rotary axle 4 into a bore of a cylinder 3d. This cylinder 3d provides a bore part 3e, a frame fixing surface 3g, a valve seat cover fixing surface 3h, etc., in this case, in concurrence of forming a rid 3i in a bursting star pattern around the upper part of the cylinder 3d with increasing radiating heat emissive area in a large scale, said cylinder 3d is formed with use of ferruginous sintered alloy material in the density of 6.5W7.1g/cm3.
