Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部を真空にすることによりノズル穴に被
    吸着物を吸着する真空吸着ノズルと、前記ノズル
    穴に針を貫通させる機構とを有することを特徴と
    するピツクアツプノズル。 (2) 前記針を貫通させる機構は、駆動源として
    の油圧シリンダーまたはエアシリンダーと、前記
    シリンダの下に設けられたピストン、前記ピスト
    ンに取り付けられた針、及び前記針の外側に配置
    され前記ピストンを元の位置にもどすためのスプ
    リングとを有している実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のピツクアツプノズル。 (3) 前記針を貫通させる機構は駆動源としての
    ソレノイドと前記ソレノイドの下に設けられた針
    とを有している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のピツクアツプノズル。
