Claims (1)
- シリンダ内にメインピストンを内装して、この
シリンダ内をボトム側室とロツド側室とに区画し
、このボトム側室を、上記シリンダとは別に設け
た油圧室に連通するとともに、その連通過程に開
閉弁を設ける一方、ロツド側室は連通路を介して
油圧室に直接連通し、しかも、その連通路に絞り
を形成してなる位置決め用シリンダ。
