Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基体と、該基体に固着される固定スリーブと一
    端に吸着パツドが固着されるとともに前記固定ス
    リーブ内に挿入された動スリーブと、前記吸着パ
    ツドの吸着スペース裏面側と固定スリーブまたは
    基体とを接続する引き棒とよりなり、被吸着部材
    を吸着した前記吸着パツドが吸着方向とは逆方向
    に一定距離移動したとき、前記引き棒により前記
    吸着パツドの外周部にエアー供給孔が開成される
    ことによつて、前記被吸着部材の吸着解除を行う
    ようにしたことを特徴とする吸着装置。
