Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ロボツトハンドの先端に設けられたフランジ部
と、前記フランジ部に貫通し、一方端に抜け止め
が設けられて摺動しうる複数の浮動ロツドと、前
記浮動ロツドに固定されたバネ受と前記フランジ
部との間に設けられた浮動バネと、前記浮動ロツ
ドの他方端に設けられた吸着パツドとを備えた吸
着式ロボツトハンドにおいて、 前記ロボツトハンドの先端に設けられたリニア
アクチユエータと、 前記バネ受と前記吸着パツドとの間に設けられ
、前記リニアアクチユエータによつて移動される
中間プレートと、 前記中間プレートに貫通し、一方端に抜け止め
が設けられて摺動しうる押付けロツドと、 前記押付けロツドの他方端に固定され、前記複
数の吸着パツドの間のほぼ中央に配置された押付
け部と、 前記中間プレートと前記押付け部との間に設け
られた押付けバネとを備えたことを特徴とする吸
着式ロボツトハンド。
