Claims (1)
- シリンダーと、該シリンダー内を摺動するピス
トンと、ピストンヘツドの反対側において該ピス
トンに係合されたロツドとを有するシリンダー機
構において、該ピストンと該ロツド先端部とを球
面摺接あるいは可撓可能に係合させるとともに適
宜の保持部材を用いて該ロツドの先端部が該ピス
トン内において該ロツドの長手方向には移動でき
ないようにしたことを特徴とするシリンダー機構
。
