Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the return of oil by forming a recessed part on the inner surface of a sealed container which contacts the outer peripheral surface of a cylinder and utilizing said recessed part as oil return groove and forming a lower opened part part in the advance direction in the revolution direction of a rotor for an upper opened port part. CONSTITUTION:An oil return groove (a) is formed by forming a recessed part 1a at the part contacting with the outer peripheral surface of a cylinder 7 on the inner peripheral surface of a sealed container 1. A lower opened port part 9b is formed in the advance direction in the revolution direction of a rotor, for an upper opened port part 9a of the oil return groove 9. Therefore, even in the high speed revolution, the lubricating oil which revolves in the stepped part between a sealed container and the outer periphery of the cylinder can be returned into the bottom part of the sealed container from the oil return groove by utilizing the turning moment of the lubricating oil.
