The upper part of the combustion gas outlet part of the heat insulating block 13 is formed into a step part. And, a buffering member 17 is provided in an annular space between this step part and the end parts of the heat exchangers 16. This buffering member 17 is formed with a material having a airtightness and flexibility. Thereby, the durability of the heat insulating block can be improved while, at the same time, improving the heating efficiency of a working fluid.
