Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce connection mistake and to simplify the connection by folding a flexible printed circuit board provided with parallel pattern signal leads having the same pitch as that of ultrasonic wave vibrators, connecting the signal leads at the opposed position and connecting the signal electrodes with symmetry to the Z axis. CONSTITUTION:The flexible printed circuit boards 16y1, 16y3 provided with parallel pattern signal leads 17 having the same pitch as that of the ultrasonic wave vibrators 11 are arranged opposedly in matching with the pitch of the ultrasonic wave vibrators 11 by using the Z axis as the symmetrical axis to connect the signal electrodes 15y1-15y3 and the signal leads 16y1-16y3 individually. The printed boards 16y1, 16y3 are folded, the signal leads at the opposed position are connected and the signal electrodes with symmetry to the Z axis are connected. Thus, the connection of the signal leads is simplified and connection mistake is reduced.
