CONSTITUTION:When a high-level voltage is inputted to a static consumption current measuring terminal 11, all P channel MOSFETs 3 are turned off by auxiliary gates 7, 8 connected to this measuring terminal 11 and on the other hand N channel MOSFETs are turned on. When a lowlevel voltage is inputted contrarily to the static consumption current measuring control terminal 11, all the P channel MOSFETs 3 are turned on, and on the other hand all the N channel MOSFETs 4 are turned off. Accordingly, all the MOSFETs can be operated by applying the high-level or low-level voltage to the static consumption current measuring control terminal 11 in this way.
