PURPOSE:To enable the restoration of a grinding stone to be carried out in a short time and in high accuracy by providing a feeding apparatus for supplying electricity to the grinding stone fitted on the main spindle of a NC machine tool and to a wire electrode, and by providing a machining liquid supply apparatus by which machining liquid is supplied to the electric discharge machining parts of both of them. CONSTITUTION:While a grinding stone 1 is fitted on the main spindle of a NC machine tool, the feeder of a grinding stone feeding apparatus is brought into contact with the retaining part of the grinding stone 1 to supply electricity to the grinding stone 1. On the other hand, the supply of electricity is carried out after a wire electrode 14 has been brought into contact with a grooved roller type feeder 36 of a wire electrode feeding apparatus. While machining liquid is supplied, under this condition, to the electric discharge machining part 10 of the grinding stone 1 and the wire electrode 14 through the injection hole 76 of a machining liquid supply apparatus, the grinding stone 1 and the wire electrode 14 are relatively moved by the NC unit of a NC machine tool, and the electric discharge machining is carried out by means of a power supply apparatus between both 1 and 14, so that the blocked grinding stone 1 can be dressed or restored in a desired shape. In this case, the wire electrode is supported by the guide groove of a guide 11 in the electric discharge machining part so as not to be deflected.
