Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a device having a simple structure which is suitable for a mass production, is less expensive and has a stable performance by a method wherein a part of a side edge of a dividing line is contacted along the surface of a heat receiving plate, the other side edge adjacent to the side edge forms a clearance between it and the heat receiving plate and then a flow regulating action for expanding a heat receiving medium liquid substantially across the width of the clearance. CONSTITUTION:Both side edges 4a and 4b adjacent to each other demarcated by dividing line 4 provided along an edge of a heat receiving plate 2 are arranged such that one of them is displaced in respect to the other.
