Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance reliability by connecting the primary side nongrounded end of a transformer connected to a power supply line grounded at one line through a high resistor and a low resistor to a floating secondary circuit, and employing a voltage across the low resistor as an input of an amplifier for driving a solenoid breaker. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors 3 are connected to both side secondary ends of a transformer 4 to form neutral points, which are connected to the primary active line end through a low resistor 2 and a high resistor 1. Then, in case of an electric shock trouble, a current flows as shown to generate a voltage drop across the resistor 2. Thus, this voltage is utilized as a signal input for driving the breaker.
