施例の構成図、第２図は測定セルを透過する紫外
光の光量の経時変化をこの考案の実施例と従来技
術によるものとについて比較したグラフ、第３図
は従来技術による溶存オゾン分析計の構成図であ
る。 ５：測定セル（測定槽）、６：低圧水銀ランプ
、７：光センサ、１１：酸混入手段、１２：酸、
１３：酸容器、１４：ポンプ、１５：流量計、１
６：制御回路、１７：混合器。
施例の構成図、第２図は測定セルを透過する紫外
光の光量の経時変化をこの考案の実施例と従来技
術によるものとについて比較したグラフ、第３図
は従来技術による溶存オゾン分析計の構成図であ
る。 ５：測定セル（測定槽）、６：低圧水銀ランプ
、７：光センサ、１１：酸混入手段、１２：酸、
１３：酸容器、１４：ポンプ、１５：流量計、１
６：制御回路、１７：混合器。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定液を保持した測定槽にオゾンの紫外
光吸収帯域の波長をもつ紫外光を透過させ、被測
定液に含まれるオゾンによる吸収を受けた透過紫
外光量からその被測定液中の溶存オゾン濃度を分
析測定するものにおいて、測定槽に被測定液を導
く流路にオゾンの紫外光吸収帯域に吸収帯域をも
たない酸の混入手段を備えたことを特徴とする溶
存オゾン分析計。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のもの
において、オゾンの紫外光吸収帯域に吸収帯域を
もたない酸が塩酸であることを特徴とする溶存オ
ゾン分析計。
