Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the knocking and improve the heat efficiency of an engine by providing an injector for injecting a fuel into a cylinder and conducting ignition by a spark before the injection by the injector is ended. CONSTITUTION:A piston 11 is slidably retained in a cylinder 10. An injector 14 is mounted to a cylinder head 12 in such a manner as to be exposed to a combustion chamber 13 formed by a recess formed at a top portion of the piston 11. An ignition plug 15 is provided aside the injector 14. Ignition by a spark is conducted before the injection by the injector 14 is ended. Thus, knocking can be prevented, and heat efficiency of an engine can be improved.
