Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of the momentary interruption and noise by arranging split slip rings on an insulating substrate, pressing the split slip rings to the insulating substrate by heat pressing, and aligning the split slip rings and insulating substrate on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:Multiple column side split slip rings 9 are circularly arranged at the preset distance on one face of an insulating substrate 8 made of synthetic resin such as epoxy resin. The synthetic resin near the sliding line R where a column side contact pin is slidingly moved is heated to be softened by a heating means 26. The heated portion is then heat-pressed by a pressing means 27, and the split slip rings 9 are allowed to bite into the insulating substrate 8 on the same plane. The split slip rings 9 and insulating substrate 8 are aligned on the same plane with very high precision according to this constitution, and the occurrence of the momentary interruption of a circuit and the noise of a relay mechanism is reduced.
