Abstract

PURPOSE: To make an accurate malfunction diagnosis attainable by making combustion explosion at the outlet pipeline of an air ejector so as to be detected by enthalpy calculation from a state of pressure and temperature in driving steam, in case of the steam jet air ejector including an ejector making steam a driving source.
CONSTITUTION: A part of steam to be produced in a nuclear reaction 1 and led into a high pressure turbine 3 is set down to ejector driving steam (main steam) and this main steam is fed to a first stage ejector 10A. Also, air in a condenser 4 is fed to the ejector 10A and a house steam first stage ejector 11A and such steam that finished its work is condensed at an air ejector intercooler 8, and noncondensed gas is fed to second stage ejectors 10B and 11B, passing through an outlet pipeline 9, and then led into an exhaust gas system. In this case, pressure and temperature in the main steam and the auxiliary steam are detected by detectors 22W25, and according to this detected result, a specified value is calculated at a state diagnoser 28. And, this specified value is compared with air ejector outlet temperature, thus combustion explosion at the outlet pipeline 9 is made so as to be detected.
