Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove two signals different by 180 deg. in phase to each other at low noise by connecting a load respectively to the drain and source of a field effect transistor FET and removing an output from respective connecting points. CONSTITUTION:To the drain-source terminal of an FET 101, load resistances 102 and 103 are respectively connected and an output signal is removed from the connecting point. A high frequency signal inputted to a high frequency input terminal 109 is inputted to the gate terminal of the FET 101 through a combining capacity 106, and the amplified high frequency signal is outputted to an output terminal 110 with the phase reverse to an input signal and outputted to an output terminal 111 with the cophase to the input signal. Thus, since the phase difference in the output signal of output terminals 110 and 111 is 180 deg., and at this time, the FET 101 has a gain, the deterioration of the noise figure can be prevented.
